Juan Vega Gómez
Juan Vega Gomez holds a Law degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California; Doctor of Law from the Graduate Studies Division of the UNAM Law School; Postdoctoral Research Stay (CONACYT) at the University of Oxford in 2003, with Joseph Raz as host researcher. Full time Researcher in the Philosophy and Legal Theory Area of the UNAM Legal Research Institute since 2000, and Assistant Researcher since 1997 in the same Institution. PRIDE Level C and Researcher of SNI Among his institutional positions, the following stand out: Academic Coordinator of the Library "Jorge Carpizo" of the Institute of Legal Investigations of the UNAM from January 2001 to November 2002; Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies of the Institute of Legal Research of the UNAM from January 2004 to October 2006; Academic Secretary of the Institute of Legal Research of the UNAM from October 2006 to April 2009; and member of the H. University Counselor of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, elected representative of the Institute of Legal Research of the UNAM (2014-2018). Currently he is Head of the Northwest Research and Teaching Station of the Legal Research Institute of the UNAM, since September 2014.
