Join the Mexican Community to celebrate Mexico's Independence at the Presidio de San Agustin del Tucson.
On September 16, 1810, Mexico started its fight for independence from Spain, and eleven years later Tucson became part of that new nation. It’s a piece of our city’s story, and we love celebrating it with the whole neighborhood.
